At SMEG, we stand behind the iconic design and premium quality of our Italian appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Secure Original Packaging

  Carefully repack your appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
